My brand was initially making only custom handmade sketchbooks. Later decided to expand into stationery and lifestyle products containing - journals, planners and much more. It was rebranded in 2016 as NAHADS.

Communication, Balance, Reliability, Efficiency, Community, Union - every side of the symbol is equidistant with another (it’s opposite) side. It’s the same with each angle. The spacing within the hexagon has the alphabet ‘N’ and also its mirror image. It also creates an illusion of a pyramid and an upward arrow, showing growth and prosperity.

I wanted to engage the local community. The hexagon is one of the geometric shapes that occurs in nature. Found in the formation of honeycomb it is associated with bees and their co-operative, hard-working natures.

The ochre colour was used because of its nature - can be associated with earth and natural tones. The brand believes in sustainability and wanted to bring out products that are up-cycled and eco-friendly.

I developed the website and have been designing for the social media page as well.
